You have to be sure your bags are empty when you start the macro, if it isn't and it starts buying, then its going to drop the stuff on the floor and just keep going, I will add in an event to stop the macro when you run out of space though.

Just an FYI that might make your smithing macro better. I noticed it buys 30 sheet metals yet for the first recipe you only need 10, and for the 2nd you only need 20. This isnt that big of a deal but means you're losing about 20pp or so everytime the script loops. I just added a variable for the number of sheet metals to buy...and changed it using the same if statements you had set for trivials. Then it only buys 10 till 92, 20 till the end of the 2nd, and 30 till 115.
Just suggestion. Keep up the good work! =)

I was actually going to add in a delay multiplier so if you lag longer then most people then you can up the mutiplier.

it uses the U key as the USE key, you may want to go into the macro and change it if you have it set to something differnet

I had a similar problem using the pottery mac as aj2k8 had with the smithing. I opted to fire the vials in the kiln. So I had to move passed the door to the kiln. The problem was I would walk into the door and keep walking. It seems to never get to location12 where it calls to open the door. To fix it I simple changed the X coordinate for Location twelve to what my loc was as I was on the door. At first it worked fine going out to the kiln, but then got stuck coming back from the kiln. I tweaked the loc a lil more and got it working perfectly. The smithing mac for aj2k8 maybe has the same issue? Perhaps as easy of a fix?

Worked on JC last night and man what a breeze it is with these wonderful macros. Anyways, I believe I had said something before about coding in an end to the macro if you no longer have enough money to buy x component, and someone told me that this was addressed in the latest form of the buy.inc. At the time, I was done with tradeskilling for a while, but since I had just picked JC backup I ran it for a while and noticed the same problem. When you don't have enough money for one of the components, the char just sits there and keeps trying to buy and buy. I don't know exactly what you would want to do to code around this, but it seems an event would probably be the best bet.

Am i the only one that thinks there is something wrong with this? Why in the hell would you put 30k on your person to skill up pottery under 200.I spent maybe 1k probly more like 500pp.Sounds to me like you were just asking to lose your money.
**EDIT** BTW exelent work on macros all work Great.I also had the problem with not being able to open doors but that was only becuz i wasnt in first person veiw.

Ok, I have updated the macros to fix a few of the problems. Here is the update on the website:
9.14.04 10:30pm EST
Ok, big update. I have updated all the macros to have a delay multiplier, which means if you lag more then normal then you can just make the number higher and it will add more delay. I have changed all the spots that use U to open doors to use USE, that way no matter what your use key is it will work. I updated the pottery pathing a little more to operate a little better. Once macroquest starts working again after this Omens of War update I will update the pathing on the smithing macro. The buy.inc file has really been updated this time to fix the problem with not stopping when you run out of money. Also, the tailoring macro is pretty much done. I have sent E-Mails to everyone that donated to me the link to the beta version of it. Once MQ is back up and going I will tweak it. Thank you for your support. If you have any problems with it, just send me a message on the MQ forums.
Once MQ comes back up I will post a few more fixes, I think I have them ready, but I can't test it yet.
