Actually, after looking at my own hastily done search (like the noob I am)

I narrowed it down by using Incorrect AND Client AND Version as the search parameter, this time it came up with 30 results, but I'm sure the answer he is looking for is in one of those posts.

So 900+ was more than actually about your problem, but regardless, there were 29 other posts about your very same issue.

Damn you guys, seriously I'm sick and tired of the flamin that goes on around here. It doesn't make any fucking sence to let a newbie fuck things up so he gets in the spotlight of sony now is it?

AirForce guy whatever, follow these instructions

1) Go In-Game
2) Type /compile MacroQuest2 (Yes, you have to use caps like that, otherwise MacroQuest won't recognize it)

That should fix your problems, if not - then the /compile command is not working, and you'll need to put in a ticket for a Gm to fix it.

Sorry about all the fucking flamers.

Actually, .... is a valid way to end a sentence. It is an ellipsis followed by a period. However, it's hardly ever used correctly, and is abused quite often.
Merriam-Webster wrote:Main Entry: el·lip·sis
Pronunciation: i-'lip-s&s, e-
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural el·lip·ses /-"sEz/
Etymology: Latin, from Greek elleipsis ellipsis, ellipse, from elleipein to leave out, fall short, from en in + leipein to leave -- more at IN, LOAN
1 a : the omission of one or more words that are obviously understood but that must be supplied to make a construction grammatically complete b : a sudden leap from one topic to another
2 : marks or a mark (as ... or · or --) indicating an omission (as of words) or a pause
Note definition 2.

Also note Airforce11's incorrect usages.

Sorry for interrupting the flamefest with the grammar police! And please A_Druid_00, don't take offense at this post, it's not a flame....

All of this does not make a bit of difference, however, as Airforce11 has sacrificed himself for the benefit of the community. Flame on!

it's really sad how some people just refuse to find shit out on thier own. "new guy" was right, and yes i hate him more now that he had to just give the answers away so easily.

if some people would only take the time to actually read, they would find out easily that their problems aren't as hard as they make it out to be.

to airforce11,

since someone already spoon fead ya, i will reinforce the help more.

when sony patches eq, it fuxxors up MQ2. start mq2, let it say incoorect client. then start EQ. when in game, type /compile MacroQuest2 (as new guy said WITH THE CAPS) IF for some reason it fails to compile, put in a ticket to get your client reset do to messing up your MQ2 main file. just state your macros will not respond when run.

in about 20-30 minutes, (those lazy ass GMS) you should get a tell from a GM stating your client was reset, and you should try to recompile to see if it was.

NEXT TIME, RTFM though.
